If you have installed Windows 7 beta version, you might have noticed the “Send Feedback” link on every window’s title bar. It doesn’t look good and you may click on the link by mistake whenever you want to click on minimize button. So here is a guide to remove the link manually.

Remove Send Feedback From Desktop in Windows 7

Type “regedit” in RUN or startmenu search box, then press Enter. You’ll open Registry Editor.

Navigate to following key: HKEY_Current_User\Control Panel\Desktop. Locate the key named FeedbackToolEnabled in the right pane. Double click onFeedbackToolEnabled and set its DWORD (32-bit) value to “0″. Then check OK.

If the FeedbackToolEnabled key does not exist, right click in the right pane, select “New” to add a new DWORD value key with name FeedbackToolEnabled. And set its value to 0.

Restart your computer, the registry change on FeedbackToolEnabled will show its effect and the send feedback links will disappear.
